Discreet Delivery

Personal Delivery:
When you order something from Nappex, we guarantee delivery directly to your specified address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we will ensure that the package is not delivered to your neighbors. Instead, you will receive a notification with information about where you can pick up the package at a local collection point. In Belgium, if home delivery fails, the delivery person may leave the package with the neighbors; if this is not possible, it will be taken to a collection point.

Packaging Details:
The packaging of Nappex products is designed to protect your privacy. The product is shipped in neutral packaging and the name of our webshop does not appear on the outside of the package. Instead, we use generic terms such as "Mail Order" and "Internet Order" on the address sticker, with strict instructions to the delivery person to only deliver the package to your address.

Privacy on your Bank Statement:
Your bank or credit card statement will record the transaction are not immediately recognizable with Nappex. We use a neutral custom description such as "Nappo via Pay.nl" to keep your purchase discreet.

If you order your Nappex product before 22:00, it will be shipped the same day. Delivery date is country specific.
