Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

The shipping costs for other countries depend on the weight of the shipment and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Order before 22:00 for the following delivery times:

• 1-2 days: Netherlands, Belgium
• 2-4 days: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Poland

For other countries, please allow 4 to 6 days for delivery.

You can return your purchase free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
Simply email support@nappex.com, and we’ll send you the return form and instructions. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
