Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders delivered to the following countries:
Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany

For all other countries, please select your delivery country in the shopping cart to view the shipping cost. Rates typically range from free to €8.95.

At the moment, we only ship to European countries due to high demand during the peak season.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For deliveries within the Netherlands:

• Ordered on Monday before 10 PM → Delivered on Tuesday
• Ordered on Tuesday before 10 PM → Delivered on Wednesday
• Ordered on Wednesday before 10 PM → Delivered on Thursday
• Ordered on Thursday before 10 PM → Delivered on Friday
• Ordered on Friday before 10 PM → Delivered on Saturday
• Ordered on Saturday → Delivered on Tuesday
• Ordered on Sunday → Delivered on Tuesday 

For other EU countries, please allow 3 to 8 working days for delivery.

100% Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging and can also be delivered to a pickup point.
Both the transaction and the shipment are 100% discreet.

 

Returns

Not satisfied with your order? No problem!
You can return your purchase free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
Simply email support@nappex.com, and we’ll send you the return form and instructions. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Discreet delivery:

When you order from Nappex, we guarantee delivery directly to your specified address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will not leave the package with neighbors. Instead, you will receive a notification with instructions on where to pick up your package at a local collection point.

Discreet Packaging:

We prioritize your privacy. Nappex products are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging, with no reference to our webshop on the exterior. Instead, we use generic labels such as "Mail Order" or "Internet Order" on the address sticker. Delivery instructions ensure that the package is only handed directly to the recipient at the specified address.

Privacy on your bank statement:

The transaction with Nappex will appear discreetly on your bank or credit card statement. We use a neutral description such as "Online Order" to keep your purchase private.
