Shipping and Returns
At Nappex, we strive to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to delivery and potential returns. Here, you'll find all the information about our shipping and return policies.
Shipping
Order Confirmation: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Nappex ensures that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible to the address you provided, whether it's home, work, or a pickup point.
Track & Trace: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package and see exactly when it will be delivered. Nappex collaborates with reliable delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Allert: Smaller devices such as cables will be shipped with as mailpost without track & trace. With the aim to provide you the best available price. If you did not receive your package within the given days please contact our customer service at support@nappex.com and we will get back to you with a suitable solution.
Delivery Times and Costs: At Nappex, we offer various shipping options depending on your location. If you place your order Monday through Friday before 10:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. The shipping costs and delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands: Delivery time 1 business day, free shipment
- Belgium: Delivery time 1-2 business days, free shipment
- France Delivery time 5 business days, shipping costs are product specific
- Germany: Delivery time 5 business days, shipping costs are product specific
- Worldwide: Delivery time 10 business days, shipping costs are product specific
Partial Deliveries: To minimize environmental impact, Nappex does not offer partial deliveries. We clearly communicate on our website whether the desired products are in stock and when they will be available again. If your order contains items that are out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as everything is available. If you still wish to receive part of your order earlier, please contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities.
Returns
30 day return period; Not satisfied with your order? No problem, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please email us if you would like to return your item(s). Make sure to include your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with the correct instructions and the returns form. If you have any questions about shipping and returns, our friendly customer service team will be happy to help! Support@nappex.com.
Refund: If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
