Shipping is free for orders delivered to the following countries:
Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany

For all other countries, please select your delivery country in the shopping cart to view the shipping cost. 

At the moment, we only ship to European countries due to high demand during the peak season.

Delivery Times

If you place your order before 10:00 PM, the following delivery times apply:

• The Netherlands: next day (no delivery on Sunday)

• Belgium: next day (no delivery on Sunday)

• Germany: 2-5 business days

• France: 2-5 business days

For other EU countries, delivery times are 3 to 8 business days.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging and can also be delivered to a pickup point.
Both the transaction and the shipment are 100% discreet.

Returns

Not satisfied with your order? No problem!
You can return your purchase free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
Simply email support@nappex.com, and we’ll send you the return form and instructions. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
